Builds ocaml-variants.5.2.0+ox from source via Jane Street's
with-extensions opam-repository, with the patched dune.3.17.0+jst from
with-extensions-dev and Core v0.18~preview.130.36+326. Includes the
workarounds needed to make those repos build cleanly under opam-nix:
refreshed source hash for the stale minus-11 tarball, extra build tools
(which/rsync/parallel/pkg-config), Makefile SHELL fixup, and a global
wasm_of_ocaml dune-stanza stripper since dune.3.17.0+jst predates that
field.
